4. Track and analyze industry trends in usability design, and plan product design direction as a whole;
5. Responsible for personnel training and work guidance of the design team, enhancing the overall professional skills of the team.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduates in art, design, product design or related majors are preferred;
2. More than 5 years of experience in gift/IP cultural and creative product design, over 3 years of experience in design team management, with complete project cases and design experience, able to independently undertake medium and large-scale projects;
3. Familiar with theoretical knowledge, methods, and tools related to product design, with a methodology for experience design;
4. Having excellent aesthetic taste and execution skills, with a keen insight into design styles and fashion trends;
5. Have certain interaction and user research abilities;
6. Having good design communication skills and teamwork spirit, passionate about innovative work, strong sense of responsibility towards work, attention to details, and able to withstand high-intensity work pressure;
7. Having excellent creativity, communication, and teamwork skills;
8. Love design, good at and willing to understand new things on the Internet, and have insight into the industry.
