2. Experience in development and procurement of anime cereals, cups, bags, gift boxes, cosmetics, toys and other products, as well as team management experience;

3. Have insight into the trend of market demand for trendy products, have a certain sensitivity to products, and like to browse Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, Weibo to focus on trendy products, IP derivatives, etc.

operating duty:

1. Fully understand the company's operational processes, establish and improve the supply chain process system, strictly control procurement work in accordance with the supply chain process system, guide and supervise various work, ensure complete and timely delivery of projects, optimize procurement costs from all aspects, and safeguard the interests of the company;

2. According to the company's strategic goals, integrate various internal resources (suppliers, IPs, Fortune 500 customers) and collaborate with suppliers to create products, achieve mutually beneficial and win-win cooperative relationships, and ensure that the company's procurement plans receive quick responses from suppliers;

3. Establish a supplier inspection and evaluation system, actively maintain cooperative relationships with suppliers; Optimize and develop various high-quality suppliers, responsible for supplier evaluation, investigate and assess the production capacity, scale, and equipment investment of new suppliers, implement payment deadlines, and ensure timely payment of goods;

4. While guiding and supervising the daily work of various departments, establish a cross departmental cooperation system to ensure the continuity of information and work; Improve the timeliness of shipments and reduce losses caused by human factors; Improve the quality of goods and reduce the rate of defective products;

5. Participate in and guide various business negotiations, optimize procurement costs from all aspects, and safeguard company interests;

6. Establish and manage a procurement team, develop work plans and objectives, continuously revise work direction and focus to ensure the achievement of planned goals; Reasonably allocate departmental budgets, develop and evaluate performance evaluations, and provide training and guidance to procurement personnel;

7. Strengthen the training and supervision of departmental personnel, and improve the professional skills and level of the team.

2. More than 5 years of practical procurement experience, with experience in developing and purchasing products such as cups, bags, gift boxes, beauty products, furniture, toys, etc; 2 years of team management experience;

3. Familiar with the procurement process of bulk products, as well as supplier development, evaluation, and assessment, able to maintain good supplier relationships;
