Account executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the sales manager in providing unique marketing solutions to the existing top 500 customers of the company, and achieve the company's annual performance targets through bidding.


2. Deeply understand the competitive advantages of the enterprise (such as IP integrated marketing, gift or gift design and development, offline activities, etc.), and have a profound evaluation and analysis of customer culture, workflow, and related information. Organize market research and analysis, analyze market and competitor situations, seize market opportunities, and respond to market crises;


3. Develop effective marketing planning schemes (not limited to IP co branding, offline activities, digital marketing, peripheral product design), deeply explore customer needs, enhance proposal accuracy, and improve customer satisfaction;


4. Manage the project, effectively promote collaboration between internal and external partners and teams, and promptly handle any unexpected situations to ensure the normal operation of the project;


5. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.


Job Requirements:

1. Age, education, major: between 23-30 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above; Priority should be given to design majors;


2. Experience requirements:


A. Experience in serving Fortune 500 clients or well-known enterprises (such as Procter&Gamble, Unilever, DQ, Kangshifu and other fast-moving consumer goods customer groups)


B. Priority consideration will be given to those with experience in advertising 4A industry, offline event industry, gift design and manufacturing industry, and other related industries


C. Priority consideration given to sales champion related experience


D. Priority consideration is given to work experience in business coordination related to gift giving and IP derivatives


3. Ability requirements: Possess keen market awareness, adaptability, good logical thinking ability, communication and coordination ability (effectively promoting internal and external cooperation partners and team collaboration), language and written expression ability, customer relationship maintenance ability, as well as entrepreneurial passion and self motivation;
