Product Manager (Cultural and Creative/IP Derivatives)

1. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm based on customer needs, accurately understand customer requirements, collaborate with the project team on product design research, and propose personal insights and innovative concepts;

2. Participate in product design research work, carry out each design task according to the planned time and content, ensure the feasibility of the overall project design scheme, and follow up on its implementation;

3. Grasp the design ideas, details, processes, and other elements to improve the quality of product design. During the design process, timely coordination and communication with other design personnel in the project team should be carried out. Based on the customer's product brand positioning, help sales promote customers to place orders and complete creative designs through good visual effects;

4. Establish and collect a design material library, have a certain understanding of IP design professional knowledge, and ensure approval for submission;

5. Be responsible for the research and development of new products, commodities and other popular trends, often browse the details of Xiaohongshu, Shuangwei, Tmall, or participate in various new product exhibitions, and have a certain understanding of the market trend (a certain deep understanding of the anime industry), IP periphery, and competitors.

1. Master's degree or above, with 3 years or more of product design work experience. Priority will be given to product design majors from China's top eight art institutes or relevant art colleges abroad;

2. Priority consideration for serving Fortune 500 clients or working in product related design companies (or serving Alibaba, Unilever, DQ, etc.);

3. Priority consideration will be given to those with experience in designing and developing explosive products;

4. Proficient in using Rhino software, Photoshop, PPT, etc. (with additional graphic skills), please attach your portfolio;

5. The aesthetic view of the product meets the needs of the public, has a certain degree of internationalization, industry relevance, and sense of the times, and has the ability to teach sharp insights.
