1. Guide sales personnel to execute sales plans based on the company's strategic annual sales targets, and supervise and control the implementation of sales plans (organize weekly and monthly departmental performance and target meetings). Host monthly and annual performance meetings, make relevant decisions on marketing strategies, and ensure the achievement of team sales and gross profit margins;
2. Responsible for expanding the business of the company's beauty department, searching for target customers to be shortlisted, maintaining customer relationships with key customers, and being familiar with the beauty gift business;
3. Establishment and implementation of sales system system, project bonus distribution plan, annual sales budget, and incentive assessment mechanism;
4. Establish a sales team, enhance team cohesion and spirit, organize and complete sales training plans and performance management systems;
5. Have a deep understanding of customers in the beauty industry, be able to perceive market demand trends, have a certain sensitivity to the market, and do a good job in resource integration.
1. Having over 5 years of team management experience and senior sales skills and abilities, and having been a sales champion in the enterprise;
2. More than 3 years of experience in serving Fortune 500 clients, familiar with the internal structure of Fortune 500 clients (currently corporate cooperation) is preferred, and senior network channels for Fortune 500 clients such as beauty and fast-moving consumer goods are preferred;
3. Those who enjoy the IP, gift, and derivative industries and have experience in marketing creative planning are preferred.
4. Strong communication and insight skills, skilled in creating PPT proposals;
5. Bachelor's degree or above, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills preferred.
